Ngala Cyprain Mufor is the Founder of Newlife Technologies Sarl, a software development company that provides innovative technology solutions to businesses and organizations in Cameroon.

He has a rich and versatile background that combines finance, education, and entrepreneurial leadership. His roles as Finance Officer at TOWOC and Partners for Relief and Development Organization (PARDO) reflect his ability to handle financial transactions, implement internal controls, and produce accurate financial reports — skills that contribute to his strong organizational and administrative expertise.

Before his roles in finance, Ngala was a teacher for several years, where his skills to work with people from all backgrounds and his patience were profoundly developed. Between 2010 and 2017, he taught Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science at Baptist High Awae Yaoundé, Bepru Academy Nkomo, and Lycée Bilingue Mbalmayo. His time in education not only fostered his ability to communicate effectively but also instilled in him a deep understanding of human potential and adaptability — qualities that profoundly shape his approach to leadership and problem-solving today.

Fluent in English and proficient in French, Ngala holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Yaoundé I and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance through UNICAF.
