ABOUT NEAL

Ikome Neal Mbella is a seasoned youth development expert and community leader with over 18 years of experience driving civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development in Cameroon. He currently serves as a Senior Youth Counsellor at the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education and holds leadership roles across government, academia, and the private sector.
Neal is the Founder and CEO of A BETTE FUTURE, a youth empowerment initiative, and Mount Cameroon Ecotourism, promoting local economic development and environmental sustainability. He is also a Municipal Councillor in Buea and a consultant with SMEDA under the Transfagri program, mentoring future leaders and innovators.
